1. Consent to Receive Texts

By providing your mobile phone number to Resonate Gifts ("we," "us," or "our") — whether through our website form, in writing, verbally, or through a business that has engaged our services — you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from us at that number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

We send two categories of messages:

• Marketing messages — promotions, offers, gift program announcements, and related updates about our services and the gift programs we operate on behalf of our business partners.
• Customer support / customer care messages — replies to your questions, delivery and scheduling notifications, order confirmations, and other conversational support.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the programs you are enrolled in.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Mobile information collected for text messaging — including your phone number — will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. 9. Changes to These Terms
